- How is the subscription activated?
- Pay via Gumroad with the same email as your MEDLIB account. Activation usually takes 1–2 minutes.
- How does the AI chat allowance work?
- Premium includes 40 clinical questions each month. The annual plan also refreshes monthly, for up to 480 questions over 12 months. Unused included questions do not roll over; questions purchased in add-on packs never expire.
